Tropical Flower Care Instructions

You have received the gift of Tropical Flowers. By following a few simple steps your flowers will give you many extra days of beauty.

Immediately unpack the flowers and foliage. The foliage is packed at the bottom of the box. Angle cut the stems and place them in room temperature water. Your flowers will do fine at room temperature but should be kept away from hot or cold drafts and out of direct sunlight.

To improve lasting quality: (1) Spray a fine mist of water on all flowers and foliage daily. (2) Be sure the container is kept full of water. (3) Re-angle cut the stems every 2 or 3 days to help the flowers drink water.

Note: If you gift contains Birds of Paradise, they will need a little help to open up. Simply spread the pod apart with your fingers and gently pull out the flowers.

Your flowers will make beautiful arrangements. Any container with water or floral foam is suitable. Use your imagination and create that special bouquet. Enjoy!

Tropical Lei Care Instructions

You have received the Gift of a Hawaiian Lei. Following a few simple steps will help you enjoy your lei to its fullest.

Immerse the entire lei in room temperature water for 10 minutes. Remove from water and let dry for 15 minutes. Place in plastic bag with damp paper towels and refrigerate until used. After you have used the lei, repeat these procedures for extra enjoyment.
